WYB Scholarship Application

In 2021, Waupun Little League Scholarship was established. The scholarship will be awarded on an annual basis.

Waupun Little League, will award up to two scholarships in an amount up to $2000.00 (two thousand dollars) to two qualifying applicants. However, it is up to the discretion of the Waupun Little League Scholarship Committee each year as to the number of awards and the amount of each.

To qualify:

• Must be a senior
• Must have participated in Waupun Little League for 5 years
• Must be a “team player”
• Minimum GPA: 3.0 cumulative after completion of first semester senior year
• Must be a full-time student at a college, technical school or university

Return completed application form, before April 13th, 2026 Recipient(s) will be notified, by the end of April 2026.

The awarded sum will be paid to the recipient(s), in January of the following year, upon submission of the first semester grades and documentation showing continuing full-time student status at a post-secondary school of their choice.
